Brief Plot
First Jon, then Jon and Ponch get put in jail for contempt of court when they refuse to name their informant. Getraer gets the rest of the team searching through parking violations to prove the defendant was no stranger to the raided warehouse.
Plot
Ponch and Jon are on their way to court when a car speeds past; Ponch and Jon pursue. The car attempts to escape, causing a number of cars to skid to avoid him. The pursuit ends when, after going off-road, the car hits a tree. The tree falls over, narrowly missing Ponch and the driver, who tries to escape; Jon tackles him. Ponch and Jon comment on the state of their uniforms for court. (Opening credits)
