In "240-Robert" episode "Oil and Water" a CHP traffic officer (driving a slicktop '78 Dodge Monaco) assists the LASO deputies rescuing a hang glider.

Deputies and Chippies[1]

Formed in 1850 the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD or LASO) serves the County of Los Angeles, California and unincorporated areas. Rick Rosner created 240-Robert a TV show about the LASO Emergency Services Detail.
