Brief Plot
Ponch and Jon must investigate the recent theft of 8 track players, cassettes players, CB’s, equalizers, and radios that are being stolen out of peoples cars at the beach. The teenage surfers and the Hispanic people are still fighting about coming to the beach.
Plot
While riding along the Pacific Coast Highway of Malibu State Beach Ponch and Jon are on duty, and a both the driver and the passenger cruising along in a Mercedes starts waving at them. Ponch now looks at both of them, all of sudden starts smiling, and wants to know how Jon‘s summer tan in coming along today. Jon is not sure if he can keep up with Ponch for the results. Ponch now wants Jon to stick with it for the results. Jon is now thankful to Ponch for the encouragement. Ponch and Jon while still riding all of sudden read last years welcome mat from the surfers as warning to the Hispanic people about coming to their beach. Ponch and Jon are still riding, the kids are playing, and all of sudden three teenage surfers are cruising along in a retire Oldsmobile Ambulance with teenage surfer that is actually surfing the high waves which is actually painted on the back of the ambulance.
