Toni Max

Toni Max is actually a former California Highway Patrol Officer that had once graduated from the police academy with Bonnie Clark, Frank Poncherello, Barry Baricza, Arthur Grossman, and Jeb Turner.

She wasn't a very good officer that was later arrested by internal affairs for her actions, and sent to prison for a few years. She had met Charlie Max while in prison, and would later married him in order to join a auto theft ring.
