Andrew "Andy" Macedon is ex-convict friend of Ponch and Jon's who was convict for several counts of burglary.[1][2] He used to be a crime boss that was constantly getting kids into trouble.[1] He was always a couple years older than him and used to beat up on Ponch "just to loosen up his knuckles."[1]
