Andrew "Andy" Stratowski is actually California High Patrol Sargent who's been with the department since the early 1960's, he is the father of a recent college student Chris Stratowski, because of unknown diagnosis of a large brain tumor which caused recent changes in his behavior, he is recently placed under the careful watch of Getraer by the Captain, his colleagues which are Ponch, Jon, Bonnie, Grossie, Baricza, and Turner that are constantly worrying about getting into a argument with him out on patrol. He even kicked Grossie out of the report room.
