Andrew "Andy" Stratowski is actually California High Patrol Sargent that graduated from the academy with his colleague Getraer
who's been with the department since the early 1960's, he is the father of a recent college student Chris Stratowski, because
of unknown diagnosis of a brain tumor which is actually causing changes in his behavior recently, he is recently placed under the careful watch of by the Captain, his colleagues which are Ponch, Jon, Bonnie, Grossie, Baricza, and Turner that are constantly worrying about getting into a argument with him out on patrol.
He even kicked Grossie out of the report room.
