Toni Sykes is actually a former California Highway Patrol Officer, she is also estranged from her own parents, including she will steal peoples personal property at different times, she is often unaware of her narcissistic personality disorder in which leads to compulsive behavior by turning into a complete psychotic, and she happens to be a college dropout. Since Toni had originally graduated from the police academy back in 1975 along with officers Bonnie Clark, Arthur Grossman, Frank Poncherello, Barry Baricza, and Jeb Turner.
