Dennis is actually a crooked stunt man that happens to be running an insurance scam after getting his girlfriend Shiela to supply him with a bunch of blank driver licenses. He always has an old school football helmet, and roll cages in his stunt cars. One day he was involved in hit run causing a caucious driver named Abel Henshaw to get run off the road while officer Baricza and Wydemeyer were giving a sobriety test to a drunken woman.
