Laurie Windsor is a female dirt tracker racer, and stock car racer who had once won a race against Ponch during the night at Ascot Park. She hangs out at The Pit Shop where Ponch and Jon along with their friend Chet Lindford go for some beers, and leaving with her date which is actually professional former stock car racer Bones Bateman.
