Candace "Candi" Wright is actually a professional female race car driver who had won first place at the Phoenix International Raceway in Tolleson, AZ, and decides to head toward Riverside in Palm Vista, California. She drives a brand new 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450 SL R107 in Candy Apple Red. Both her and McNabb find a house on fire, and had stop to assist.
