The Tides and Waters Edge at Marina Harbor is an apartment building, and community where Frank Poncherello had moved into after selling his motorhome back to dealer for $2,625, and after his first apartment for $250 a month was flooded by a water bed from the floor above.[1]
There is actually two different locations.
It is an actual apartment leasing center office is located in the front on 4500 Vía Marina, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. The Villa location is on 13807 Bora Bora Way, Marina Del Rey, California. His apartment is located next to the pool, and above the parking garage.
