Raintree Condominiums & Townhouses is the apartment community where Jon Baker lives. It is an actual location on Jefferson Boulevard in Culver City, CA, near West Los Angeles College.
It is not known in which building his apartment was located, however, we learn that Jon lives in Apt. 408 in "Taking Its Toll."
