The external establishing shots clearly show the building address as 1945 S. Hill St., but youarehere.com says that the address is 1950 S. Hill St. This page also states that the building was designed by William Allen & Associates and constructed in 1970. William Allen and W. George Lutzi designed the Burbank City Hall building (photo) in 1941. William Allen and Associates designed the Corvin D. Denny Research Center at the University of Southern California in 1977.

Google Maps says the current address is Los Angeles Juvenile Court. I think they probably put the traffic court in a new location and put Juvenile Court in the old traffic court building. ...at least that's my theory. --PatrickD 17:51, 5 February 2008 (PST)
