11-99 CHP Foundation

Other than being a radio code for "Officer Needs Help" 11-99 is also the name of the California Highway Patrol Foundation which helps officers of the CHP and their families when death or a serious disease affects them. 11-99 Foundation has been founded by Bob Weinberg in 1982 and it has helped many CHP officers and their families since then.
