Brief Plot

Officers mediate a feud between teenagers. Ponch and Jon intervene when some irate surfers chase the Valley kids who bumped their car. Meanwhile, a couple of thieves use trash pickup as a cover to rip off beach-goers' tape decks.

Plot

While riding along the Pacific Coast Highway of Malibu State Beach Ponch and Jon are on duty, and a both the driver and the passenger cruising along in a Mercedes starts waving at them. Ponch now looks at both of them, all of sudden starts smiling, and wants to know how Jon‘s summer tan in coming along today. Jon is not sure if he can keep up with Ponch for the results. Ponch now wants Jon to stick with it for the results. Jon is now thankful to Ponch for the encouragement. Ponch and Jon while still riding all of sudden read last years welcome mat from the surfers as warning to the Hispanic people about coming to their beach. Ponch and Jon are still riding, the kids are playing, and all of sudden three teenage surfers are cruising along in a retire Oldsmobile Ambulance with teenage surfer that is actually surfing the high waves which is actually painted on the back of the ambulance.

The teenage surfing trio are actually listing to some music on the radio, and singing along to a brand new song while driving along the coast on the way to the beach. All of sudden the teenage surfers find the perfect parking spot, but theirs one problem the Ford Galaxie in the parking spot is park too close. The brunette teenage passenger doubts his buddy about be able to parallel park in that situation. The blond teenage driver of the ambulance now wants to be rude by deciding to do a stupid parallel parking move, now wants his buddies to learn by pulling into the parking space, and he decides to keep backing up until finally managing to park right on the front bumper of the Ford Econoline.

After parking right on the front bumper of the van, and the teenage surfing trio finally get of the ambulance. The brunette teenager finally takes off his white shirt, while his buddy opens up the back door of the ambulance, now noticing the coyote in the desert scene which is actually painted on the back of the van, and thinks funny of somebody else having hard getting out of the parking spot. The sandy blond teenager finally hands him a surfboard. The blond teenager who doesn’t care of his stupid parallel parking move, now notices the coyote in the desert scene on the back of the van, thinking that the people from the valley are her, and insults race not knowing the owner of the van is actually Hispanic. Both teenagers now decide make fun of the coyote in the desert scene on the back of the van by howling at it. The sandy blond teenager would like his buddy to pull up, and them some room. The brunette teenager doesn’t care, and the blond teenager wants to hit the beach. The teenage surfing trio now agrees to hit the beach with their surfboards.

The teenage girl wearing a bikini today is now surfing along the waves with her surfboard, and finally manages to hit a low wave causing her to accidentally wipe out. The other surfers are now finally managing to hit the low waves causing them to accidentally wipe out. The Hispanic teenagers are now leaving the beach, and are watching the other surfers finally managing to hit the low waves causing them to accidentally wiping out. The short Hispanic teenager notices one of the surfers is going underneath the waves. The tall Hispanic teenager knows about surfers losing their surfboards because of the low waves today. The Hispanics teenagers are finishing walking up the hill, and noticing that the ambulance is parked right on the front bumper of their van.

The tall Hispanic teenager is now mad about the ambulance being parked right on the bumper of his van. The short female Hispanic teenager is now mad how to get out of this situation. The tall Hispanic teenager is now complaining about the rude ambulance driver that had his choice of parking spaces, and agree to do it just to be mean. The short Hispanic teenager start bitching about the surfers owning the whole beach. The tall Hispanic that now has plan to get back at the surfers for parking right on his front bumper today, wants everybody to finally get inside, and wants his buddy Ramone to start the van. The tall Hispanic now takes a wire by finally managing to turn into a coat hanger, and starts walking towards the ambulance. All his friends thinks that he is actually crazy for starting trouble with the surfers today. Both Hispanic teenage girls don’t want him to start trouble with the surfers today. The short Hispanic manages to keep a look for the surfers, and while his crazy buddy finally manages to pop the lock on the ambulance. After finally breaking into the ambulance, and the tall Hispanic teenager finally manages to shift it in neutral. Ramone after getting the signal from his crazy buddy, and finally manages to drive the van pushing the ambulance in to the other car. The ambulance after finally being push into the other car, wrecking the front bumper, and bashes out the right seal low beam headlight. The other cars rear bumper is also wrecks with the seal beam tail lights bashed out.
