The Tides and Waters Edge at Marina Harbor is an apartment building, and community where Frank Poncherello had moved into after selling his motorhome back to dealer.[1] It is an actual location on 4500 Vía Marina, Marina del Rey, CA 90292. His apartment is located next to the pool, and above the parking garage.
