Steve, a motor officer assigned to the Central LA Office of the CHP, has two brothers, including an older brother, Toro, who was "the all-time street racing champ". His younger brother, Ted, moved in with Toro and his family after their mother died.[1]

He rides ATC's and is considered "athletic" by Getraer.[2]

His current whereabouts are unknown.
