National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1 is a 1993 comedy created as a spoof of the Lethal Weapon saga. For the "CHiPs" community it is a unique opportunity to see officers F.L. Poncherello and J.A. Baker in their uniforms firing shots for the first time ever ! In this crime-comedy our two officers have been involved in a residence shooting where Ponch (always the hot tempered of the couple) parked his bike on the first floor of the building. They still have the rank of officers 10 years after the last episode of the series.

Fun Facts

Ponch calls Jon "Larry" and here is the explanation directly from Larry Wilcox, from a chat transcript in the "CHiPs" Online website:

[Larry] They were probably not lisc to use name face or likeness which would include us in uniform in Loaded Weapon, but it was OK (Sept. 15 - 1998)
