Webb is an officer for the California Highway Patrol assigned to the Central Los Angeles office.
Webb appears to have experience with babies. When one was found abandoned on the freeway, she looked after it and helped Officer Gilbert from County Juvenile with paperwork.[1]
Although Webb was mentioned in "Aweigh We Go" along with Fritz, neither officers were seen in that episode.[2]
