EMERGENCY! originally aired between 1972 and 1977 on NBC for 132 hour long episodes, one two hours long pilot movie and four two hours long sequel movies.
The show focuses on LACoFD Station 51 and Rampart Hospital Emergency Room. Stationed at 51 there's a rescue squad and an engine.
The show follows the job of paramedics Roy DeSoto (Kevin Tighe), and John Gage (Randolph Mantooth), Robert Fuller starred as Dr. Kelly Brackett, Julie London as Dixie McCall and Bobby Troup as Dr. Joe Early.
Although filmed in the Los Angeles area (movies were filmed in Seattle and San Francisco) no CHP unit appears in the whole series.
