Smash-Up on Interstate 5 is a 1976 TV movie which anticipates the adventures of "CHiPs" just by one year.
The movie begins with the voice of CHP Sgt. Sam Marcum (86 S1) of the Capistrano Area Office (Border Division) narrating of a big smash-up on I-5.
