Toni Max

Toni Max is actually a former California Highway Patrol Officer that had once graduated from the police academy back in 1975 along with Bonnie Clark, Frank Poncherello, Barry Baricza, Arthur Grossman, and Jeb Turner.

She wasn't a very good officer that was later arrested by internal affairs for her actions, and sent to prison for a few years. She had met Charlie Max while in prison, and would later married him in order to join a auto theft ring.
