Laurie Windsor is a female dirt tracker racer, and stock car racer known under her professional names as Billy The Kid or Billy Wakefield. She had once won a race against Ponch during the night at Ascot Park. She hangs out at The Pit Shop where Ponch and Jon along with their friend Chet Lindford go for some beers, and leaving with her date which is actually professional former stock car racer Bones Bateman. She was mad at Ponch for standing her up but agreed to have a date with Jon the next day. While she was on the hood of Jon's truck when their was a bomb discovered inside the engine compartment, and was forced to get off the hood of the truck in order to go sit in a different location. She wanted to pay for the repairs on Ponch's car after Jon had saved her life.
